Clifford MeyerWith heavy hearts, we remember Clifford “Cliff” Meyer, founder of ABC Signs, who passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on October 7, 2026, at age 84.

Cliff’s business began in 1978 with 10 portable advertising signs and a desire to provide more for his family. Working from his garage, he grew that small venture into the company we know today. His wife, Donna, helped with bookkeeping, and their oldest son, Tom, joined him full time in 1991, continuing a family tradition that remains central to ABC Signs.

Cliff loved solving problems, supporting his team and getting to know customers. His entrepreneurial spirit inspired his children, but his greatest pride was his family. Married to Donna for 61 years, he was a devoted father, grandfather and great-grandfather, who will be remembered for his kindness, patience and ability to make people feel welcome and valued.

We are grateful for the foundation Cliff built as well as the people he brought together. His story will always be part of ABC Signs.

Visitation will take place Friday, October 16, from 8:30–10:30 a.m. at Meyer Funeral Home on Bridgetown Road, followed by an 11 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church in North Bend. The family requests memorial contributions to Hospice of Cincinnati in lieu of flowers.
